I've never actually watched much of Dragon Ball Z, but from what I have seen there's a guy with huge colour-changing hair screaming for half an hour at an alien guy who looks like Mewtwo while they both marvel at each other's power levels and then somebody yells "IT'S OOOOVER NINE THOOOOUSAND"
